Toddifons is a Besieger Sniper best used against heavy weight Sarkaz enemies. She offers a taunt and DEF debuff with S1 or DPS with some AoE damage on her S2. Her range, paired with her long attack interval, can make positioning difficult if enemies are not blocked within it. Her DPS is subpar if not attacking Sarkaz enemies, making her a lesser priority option for a lot of stages.

Immediately marks an enemy unit (prioritizes heavier [Sarkaz] enemies), making them easier to be targeted by allies and inflicting DEF -30%. Each attack deals 180% ATK as Physical damage
This skill offers a rare utility—it applies a DEF debuff to a target enemy and increases their taunt level. This lets a group of operators burst down an important target easily and allows for physical damage units to deal more damage to them. Usually bosses are the heaviest enemies in a given stage, making Toddifons useful in a few more situations.

The uses for this skill simply don’t come up often enough to warrant mastery. The taunt may be useful in some scenarios, but isn’t impacted by mastery. The damage and DEF debuff increases from masteries are rather lackluster, especially compared to options dedicated to either.

Slightly increase Attack Interval and fire Dragon Arrows that deal 240% ATK as Physical damage. The arrows explode after a short delay when hitting an enemy, dealing an additional 80% ATK as Physical damage to the target and nearby enemies
Skill activation grants 10 arrows and the skill ends when all arrows are used (Can manually deactivate skill)
Note: The arrows move with the target they hit and explode after 1.5s with a splash radius of 1.2 tiles. Arrows explode early if the target dies.
S2 is the generally preferred skill on Toddifons. It has relatively high DPS as long as Toddifons is attacking Sarkaz enemies. Ammo makes the skill easier to control, but also locks it out of benefitting from ASPD buffs. The follow-up explosion shouldn’t be relied upon as a source of AoE physical damage against anything but mid-DEF enemies due to the low multiplier.

Similar to her S1, this skill isn’t recommended for mastery, albeit for a slightly different reason. Many other, more flexible DPS options exist that aren’t dependent on the type of enemy to reach competitive damage numbers.
