Pramanix is a Hexer Supporter with a focus on debuffing enemies and amplifying ally damage. She has a defensive option that debuffs enemy ASPD and an offensive one that debuffs enemy DEF and RES. She can also passively amplify damage dealt to enemies with less than 40% HP. Her debuffs have decent uptime and are easy to apply, but she is often outclassed by stronger or more flexible debuff and damage amplification operators.

Strengths
- Easy to use, as all of her effects apply to all enemies in range
- Strong debuffs with decent uptime and rotation
Weaknesses
- Fragile effect doesn’t stack, meaning Pramanix is often outclassed by stronger Fragile options
- Less versatile than other Debuff/Amplification options
Talents
Weakening
Apply 30% Fragile effect to enemies within range with less than 40% HP
This talent serves to passively amplify the damage of Pramanix but mostly her allies, as Pramanix herself doesn’t offer much in terms of DPS. This boost can be important for some strong enemies such as bosses, to help quickly dispatch them once they fall below the 40% HP threshold. It’s a good damage amp in and of itself but is outclassed by units offering stronger and less limited Fragile effects.
The Bell Tolls Twice
Attacks 2 enemies simultaneously
This talent increases Pramanix’s DPS output, but is mostly negligible, as this is not her primary focus. It can help in some situations where she can attack a secondary target while another one is being bursted down by allies, but is otherwise not very noteworthy.

Simultaneously attacks 2 targets; ASPD of all enemies in range -60
This skill is Pramanix’s defensive debuff option. The ASPD reduction may seem small, but even at SL7 it doubles enemies’ attack intervals, which is especially noticeable on slower attacking enemies like certain bosses. The second aspect of this skill which lets her attack 2 targets at once is rendered useless by her 2nd talent, as it does not further increase the number of enemies she attacks.

The gains this skill gets from masteries are rather negligible. For a majority of situations where a defensive debuff is needed, it is simply good enough at SL7.

For all enemies within range, DEF -60% and RES -30%
This skill is the one mostly used with Pramanix, providing offensive debuffs for both damage types. It is effective with physical damage bursts as it is the highest DEF debuff available. The skill is also one of the few sources of RES debuffs in the game. It’s a powerful source of offensive debuffs, which are usually overkill for regular enemies, but will make dealing with powerful targets such as bosses much easier.

While there are generally better options for dispatching bosses quickly, Pramanix still has the highest percentage based DEF debuff in the game, which grants her a niche in buff army teams. That being said, this skill isn’t generally recommended for masteries early on, as there are many other skills with higher priority. For example, Shamare’s S2 has a better uptime and is much more flexible in terms of placement, though it has a slightly lower DEF debuff.
