Kjera is a Mech-Accord Caster offering good single-target Arts damage and crowd-control in the form of Chill and Freeze. She controls 2 Drones that can lock onto enemies and attack outside of her attack range with her 2nd skill. She is similar in usage to a Core Caster with a higher damage output if her Drones have the time to ramp up.

Trait:Controls a Drone that deals Arts damage; When the Drone continuously attacks the same enemy, its damage will increase (from 20% up to 110% of the operator's ATK, linearly)
