Enforcer is a Push Stroker Specialist unique for his ability to push enemies in whatever direction he is facing, regardless of where they come from, and pushing without dealing damage. These traits make him valuable in certain scenarios where other Push Strokes may not be appropriate.
Can be deployed on Ranged Tiles

Unlike other specialists of his branch, Enforcer doesn’t gain ATK with trust, instead getting bonus HP and DEF. This helps reinforce his role of displacement over damage, while also making it easier for him to stay on the field. Additionally, due to being a welfare unit, he has a slightly longer base redeploy time and higher base DP cost compared to other operators of the same rarity and branch.
Strengths
- Can shift enemies from directions others of this branch are unable to with his S2
- Lack of damage on skills and stun are beneficial to some specific stall strategies
Weaknesses
- Requires significant investment in masteries for higher push force
- Most of his stun capability is locked behind specific positioning and map layout, making it hard to take advantage of
Talents
Precise Aim
Ignores 180 DEF when attacking enemies with weight greater than or equal to 3
While Enforcer won’t be dealing very significant amounts of damage, this talent can be useful against heavier enemies which usually tend to have higher DEF. It doesn’t work particularly well within his kit which consists of damage-less shifting, but can help if you need Enforcer to deal a little bit of extra damage against heavier targets.

The next attack pushes the target towards the attack direction significantly, stunning it for 2 seconds if the target collides with High Ground.
A simple push with a short stun if the target hits a high-ground tile while moving. Even though it possesses stun capability, this skill is best used if there’s a hole for Enforcer to push enemies into. If there are enemies frequently appearing on a lane next to a hole, this skill may be preferred over S2. His other skill will still be more useful in most cases, as it doesn’t have a terribly long charge time and has a stronger shift force.

This skill is very similar to S1s of other Push Strokers, making mastering it unnecessary if you already have one of them upgraded. The crowd control effect for this skill is conditional unlike Weedy’s or FEater’s S1s, making stalling less effective in most scenarios. Additionally it lacks the ability to shift enemies from all directions that S2 has, making mastery for this skill even less appealing.
Staggering Shot

Immediately pushes back all enemies within range greatly in the direction this unit is facing, additionally stunning them for 2.5 seconds (the stun duration is increased to 4 seconds if the target collides with High Ground). If the target collides with another enemy, the enemy will also be stunned for 2.5 seconds.

This is Enforcer’s more unique skill, offering something different from all other Push Strokers. It’s able to shift enemies in the direction Enforcer is facing, even if they are blocked behind him or to the side, which can be useful in certain situations. Using this skill, you’ll be able to easily shift enemies into holes or transfer enemies blocked by Enforcer to another operator.

Depending on the enemy you’re facing, mastery may be necessary to use this skill at all. While SL7 will work just fine on lower weight enemies, the stronger push force, which is unlocked at M3, will be needed for higher weight enemies.
This skill is also similar to other Push Stroker skills, e.g. FEater S2 and Weedy S3. While it has the same shift force, it has a shorter range than the aforementioned skills. The thing that makes this skill truly unique is the ability to shift enemies regardless of the direction they came from, making mastering this skill still worthwhile even for those who already upgraded other skills with the same shift force.
Synergy
Angelina
An obvious synergy for any operator focused on displacement. Angelina can reduce enemy weight with her S3, which makes shifting enemies easier for Enforcer. While he may not be able to benefit from his talent as often, damage is not the main point of using him. Additionally if both skills are sufficiently upgraded, Enforcer is able to use his S2 twice during Angelina’s S3 duration, resulting in a pretty simple but effective synergy.
